3. Processing Timeframes: Published processing turnaround times are indicative estimates based on regular government departmental performance. Delays due to public holidays, security vetting, seasonal peak volumes, or system maintenance are beyond our direct control.

4. Non-Refundable Government Charges: Official government application fees, portal transaction surcharges, and consular levies are non-refundable by immigration authorities once an application has been lodged, regardless of the visa decision.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review the formal declaration below carefully. By signing this agreement, you authorize Holidaypanda.au to manage your visa application process on your behalf.

I confirm that all documents, personal data, and travel itineraries supplied to Holidaypanda.au are authentic, accurate, and up to date.
I acknowledge that visa issuance is entirely at the discretion of the destination country's Department of Immigration.
I understand and agree to the non-refundable nature of government and consultancy fees once lodged with the authorities.
I consent to the collection and transmission of my personal and biometric data to authorized government immigration portals solely for visa processing.
