3. Processing Turnaround: Visa processing timeframes are provided as guidance based on regular government service benchmarks. Delays arising from official holidays (e.g., Eid holidays, National Days), security background clearances, or immigration portal system upgrades are beyond our control.
4. Overstay Penalties: Visitors must strictly adhere to the permitted duration of stay specified on their visa. Overstaying incurs severe daily immigration fines, deportation, or future entry bans enforced by local authorities.
