2. Consent to Proceed with Service: The Client authorizes Holidaypanda.au to proceed with file preparation, application form completion, appointment booking, and auxiliary documentation based on records furnished.
3. Accuracy and Authenticity of Information: The Client affirms that all personal, employment, and financial materials provided to Holidaypanda.au are truthful, genuine, and accurate. Misinformation leading to delays or visa refusals is the Client's sole responsibility.
4. Limitation of Role: The Client recognizes that Holidaypanda.au operates strictly as a third-party advisory service and holds no influence over the sovereign decision-making authority of any Embassy or Consulate.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances: The Client accepts that embassy fees, late cancellations (after 48 hours), and third-party travel vouchers are non-refundable.
6. Communication Consent: The Client consents to receiving application status updates, appointment confirmations, and instructions via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
7. Indemnification Clause: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Holidaypanda.au and its representatives against any claims, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from inaccurate documents or visa misuse.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection: Holidaypanda.au commits to maintaining the strict confidentiality of personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
9. Force Majeure: Holidaypanda.au shall not be held liable for service delays or failures caused by natural disasters, embassy closures, technical outages, or governmental restrictions.
10. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
