By engaging Holidaypanda.au for visa assistance services related to the UK Standard Visitor Visa, the applicant ("Client") formally acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Review and Acceptance of Terms: The Client confirms that they have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms, service scopes, timelines, fee schedules, disclaimers, and refund policies outlined herein.
2. Consent to Proceed with Service: The Client authorizes Holidaypanda.au to begin file compilation, UKVI application completion, appointment scheduling, and auxiliary documentation based on provided records.
3. Accuracy and Authenticity of Information: The Client affirms that all personal, employment, and financial records supplied are true, authentic, and complete. Any delays, refusals, or consequences arising from false or inaccurate documents remain the Client's sole responsibility.
4. Limitation of Role: The Client acknowledges that Holidaypanda.au is a third-party documentation support service and does not represent or have influence over the sovereign decision-making authority of UKVI or consular officers.
5. Non-Refundable Items: The Client accepts that UKVI consular fees, late cancellations (after 48 hours), and third-party booking vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
6. Communication Consent: The Client consents to receiving updates, appointment confirmations, and instructions via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
7. Indemnification Clause: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Holidaypanda.au from any liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from the provision of inaccurate records or visa misuse.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection: Holidaypanda.au commits to maintaining the strict confidentiality of personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
9. Force Majeure: Holidaypanda.au shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, technical outages, embassy closures, or governmental restrictions.
10. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have fully read and understood the contents of this document. I accept all terms and conditions of Holidaypanda.au and authorize them to proceed on my behalf.
