3. Accuracy of Documentation:
Applicants acknowledge that any delays, errors, or refusals resulting from inaccurate, fraudulent, or delayed documentation furnished by the applicant are the sole responsibility of the applicant and shall not constitute grounds for liability or refund.
4. No Guarantee of Approval:

5. Limitation of Liability:

Holidaypanda.au shall not be held liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, consulate closures, technical outages, government restrictions, or strikes.

2. Accuracy and Authenticity of Information: The Client affirms that all personal, professional, and financial records supplied to Holidaypanda.au are truthful, genuine, and authentic. Any visa refusal or delay arising from misinformation remains the Client's sole responsibility.
3. Acknowledgment of Non-Refundable Items: The Client understands that embassy fees, late cancellations (after 48 hours), and third-party auxiliary services are strictly non-refundable.
4. Consent to Proceed: The Client authorizes Holidaypanda.au to proceed with file preparation, DS-160 completion, and appointment booking based on provided records.
5. Limitation of Role: The Client recognizes that Holidaypanda.au is an advisory service and does not influence consular decisions.
6. Communication Consent: The Client consents to receive status notifications, appointment confirmations, and instructions via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
